The Beverly B. Fanning Foundation supports charitable organizations which Ms Fanning herself most aligns with her passions, heart, and mission. These charities provide Ms Fanning with a greater sense of personal growth and satisfaction. The Foundation does not accept requests for funding at this time.
My Sister’s House - Atlanta Union Mission
My Sister’s House is an overnight homeless shelter that accommodates both women and children. Any woman or mother experiencing homelessness in or around the Atlanta area has help available to them. My Sister’s House also works to meet some of the other immediate needs of those who stay there, helps the residents find transitional housing and job training.

The Atlanta Day Shelter for Women and Children - Atlanta Union Mission

This organization provides a variety of services, including childcare, showers, laundry, lunch, MARTA cards for medical appointments, medical care, life-skills classes, recreational opportunities, access to My Sister’s House (for overnight services), and much more.

Link Counseling Center Inc., Atlanta, GA
The Link provides counseling, psychotherapy and support groups to people of all ages, helping them to heal and rebuild their lives. In addition to individuals, couples & family therapy, this not-for-profit organization provides pro bono support groups for suicide prevention and aftercare, the aging and their families and children in crisis and grief. Counseling services are provided on a sliding fee scale. The Link is sustained by the generosity of the community.

The Birthplace of Country Music showcases Bristol, TN, and Bristol, VA’s role in the birth and development of country music through the Birthplace of Country Music Museum, the Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion music festival, WBCM Radio Bristol, and a multitude of community and educational outreach programs. The Birthplace of Country Music seeks to perpetuate, promote, and celebrate Bristol’s rich musical heritage; to educate and engage audiences worldwide regarding the history, impact and legacy of the 1927 Bristol Sessions from which we derive our name; and to create recognition, opportunities, and economic benefit for our local and regional communities.
